The good vibes are off the charts at two New England destinations, according to World Atlas.

World Atlas posted a list of 12 of the most welcoming towns in the U.S. and included Burlington, Vermont and Bar Harbor, Maine.

In Burlington, travelers are met with “a vibrant community of around 43,000 lucky souls who enjoy fun-filled community events, delicious farm-to-table dining, and an exceptionally picturesque downtown,” wrote World Atlas.

Community activities that roll out the welcome mat, according to the post, include Summer in the City (happening June through September) which features more than 80 free events in City Hall Park and Church Street Marketplace that range from live music to art installations to movie nights and the Festival of Fools (taking place July 31-Aug. 1) where visitors can witness world-class street performers and musicians. There’s also “an adorable community space” where folks enjoy live performances at the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts.
