Five years ago R&B singer Ne-Yo’s then fiancée, Monyetta Shaw, and the mother of his two oldest children told the world that she was getting her tubes tied at Ne-Yo’s request. 

Then shockingly he dumped her months later, but that’s not all. MTO News reported to you that Neyo following the breakup married a Latina woman and had three children with her.

It took a few years, but Monyetta is back on her feet, and has a happy and heathy new relationship.

MTO News confirmed that last weekend, Monyetta married her new man – Atlanta businessman Heath Shaw.

The couple were wed in a very upscale and elegant ceremony at the Biltmore.

Monyetta, who shares daughter Madilyn, 9, and son Mason, 8, with Ne-Yo, 40, told the press earlier this year that she and Heath bonded over their children.

“It’s so awesome. And I put my kids first, and that’s just like ‘I’m sorry, this is what it is, you have to accept it.’ To see him [also] do that, and live that, and just still handle his business, and be there for me, I was like, ‘Oh, wow,’” she told the magazine. 

“So it was pretty soon on, I didn’t know for sure, but I was like, ‘This is someone I could see myself with.’ And then when the kids met him, and everyone met him, and they adore him, I’m like, ‘OK, well, yeah.’”
