Liam Payne's cause of death has been revealed. The One Direction star died from 25 injuries sustained from his three-story fall, according to an early autopsy report. Investigators believe Liam's cranial fracture was severe enough to cause his death, in addition to 'internal and external' hemorrhages sustained at his Buenos Aires hotel on Wednesday.
