The City Girls, as a group are officially OVER – MTO News has confirmed.

And the breakup between the two lifelong friends, has been coming for many years. MTO News spoke with multiple people close to the ladies, who confirmed that JT and Careesha constantly argued about two things – boyfriends and their careers.

First let’s start off with the boyfriends. MTO News spoke with one of Careesha’s friends who explained the differences between the two girls. The friend explained, “When JT gets a man it’s all about him, she forgets everyone around and puts her all into her man.” “But Careesha doesn’t operate like that, it’s always her people and her girls first, and her n*gg* comes behind them,” the pal explained.

“It’s not that Careesha has a problem with [Lil Uzi Vert], it’s just how JT has changed up because of that n***a.”

And the issues between the two ladies over Lil Uzi came to a head last week over an Instagram live session that included Lil Uzi Vert. The tense video included Yung Miami saying, “We’re not friends and we don’t have to be friends,” after Uzi continued to disrespect Careesha.

Lil Uzi was yelling at Yung Miami to “Get off live!” as JT sat next to him.

There’s a second issue that broke up the City Girls, however, MTO News has learned – it’s about MONEY. 

According to a person close to JT, she believes that she deserves the lions share of the money brought in by the City Girls because she writes all the rap lyrics.

The insider told MTO News, “When The City Girls started it was: JT creates the music, and Careesha gives them style. That was cool in the beginning, but now JT has her own style, but she’s still the only one making music.”

The insider claims that JT – after speaking with other industry insiders, including her boyfriend Lil Uzi – is the one who wants out of the City Girls. 

The insider claims that JT believes that she has the secret to the success of the City Girls, and wants to go out on her own so she can keep all the money to herself.

Careesha’s friend told MTO News, “JT’s being really selfish, and she’s going to end up f**king up everything for everyone. They have a good thing with [The City Girl]. JT needs to get all those n***as out of her head and just go back to being The City Girls.”
