Hello. I’m meteorologist mike. Welcome and welcome to WCVB dot com. What a beautiful day today, 81 degrees. The high temperature average high is 77. We had sunshine and low humidity. The only issue we have, we’re still watching the taunt river, a little bit of flooding going on but should drop below flood stage as we had four years. Sunday afternoon, crystal clear skies out there and it’s gonna be another pleasant evening for us. But I do have some changes coming tomorrow. You see we have some clouds out here in a few scattered showers. What’s gonna happen is this warm front is gonna move its way in. May trigger off some showers, mainly in the western part of the state during the afternoon. And then as we head toward the nighttime hours, there might be a few scattered showers, but a lot of this is going to happen overnight. We’re not getting much out of that. And then as we head towards monday at the secondary front coming through could be a stray shower out of that one as well. All of this is looking like really light stuff and by the time we get to Tuesday, what a beautiful day coming back into the forecast once again. So here’s what happens overnight tonight. The cloud cover roles in seven a.m. Tomorrow it looks like we’ve got a bit of clouds and maybe a hint of some sunshine during the afternoon, A few stray showers out in the western part of the state. And then as we head toward the evening again, a few stray showers maybe focus more over the southeastern part of the state than anything else and then we’ll clear the skies away as we head for Tuesday, we’ve got a few scattered showers on monday afternoon but really not looking for too much out of that. In fact, you add it all up. I’m thinking maybe 1/10 or a quarter of an inch at best out of all this. So fortunately it won’t be aggravating into that water situation we have out there. So tonight, mostly clear and comfortable. 55 to 60 degrees tomorrow, mostly cloudy. A few scattered showers. Best chance though will be overnight tomorrow night 74 to 78 degrees for your high temperature humidity remain manageable. It will bounce up a little bit on monday, a little bit on Wednesday and on Wednesday we do have another chance of seeing around some thunderstorms and in the tropics. Hurricane Larry spinning away right now, a category three hurricane with maximum sustained winds of 125 MPH. It is now a major hurricane, but it’s out in the middle of nowhere. Right now it looks like it will become a category four storm. And we are keeping a close eye on this around Bermuda should track about 120 miles to the east. But again we’ll keep an eye on that. It may even turn up the seas enough that we have some rip current risk as we head towards next weekend, here’s where it breaks down. Then over the next seven days, a few showers around, as I mentioned tomorrow, monday, few spotty showers, but again, not much out of the whole thing Tuesday looking beautiful sunshine, 80 degrees, Wednesday’s little unsettled with a chance of some thunderstorms in here and then we’ll see clearing skies on thursday, lots of sunshine to finish off the rest of the week. Thanks for checking us out here on wCVB dot com.
