In 1986, 19-Year Old Keith Warren was found hanging from a tree in Silver Spring, Maryland which is a predominately white suburb. His death was ruled a suicide. Since that day his sister Sherri Warren has been fighting to bring justice to his death as she believes it was not properly investigated and should be reclassified as either undetermined or a homicide.
