Police seek man who left dog tied to trash can in sweltering heat
Police in Attleboro, Massachusetts, are seeking a man who, they say, tied a dog to a trash can on Wednesday and left it there in sweltering heat. The incident happened near the USA Food Mart on Park Street, and the small, brown dog was there for more than two hours, police said.
