The Boston Calling 2025 lineup is here, and there are a lot of surprises sure to please millennials in this year’s slate of artists.

Country star Luke Combs, alt-rock group Fall Out Boy, and jam band kings Dave Matthews Band will headline the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday lineups, respectively, at Boston Calling 2025, which returns to the Harvard Athletic Complex Memorial Day weekend from May 23-25, 2025.

Boston Calling 2025 will mark Combs’ first concert in Massachusetts since a pair of Gillette Stadium shows that were named among the best concerts of 2023 by Boston.com readers.

Among the artists joining Combs on Friday’s bill are country singers Megan Moroney and Max McNown, as well as a trio of millennial favorites: Singer Sheryl Crow, auto-tune impresario T-Pain, and R&B group TLC.

This marks the second year in a row Boston Calling has courted a country music audience during one of the festival’s three days. In 2024, festival organizers paired headliner Tyler Childers with country rockers The Red Clay Strays.

Fall Out Boy will be joined by fellow 2000s pop punk acts Avril Lavigne and All Time Low in Saturday’s lineup. Other artists on the bill for Day 2 of Boston Calling 2025 include ’90s rockers The Black Crowes and indie rock group Cage the Elephant, who last played Boston Calling in 2017.

Closing out Boston Calling 2025 on Sunday are Dave Matthews Band, who were recently inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Just behind Dave on the marquee are indie rock trio Vampire Weekend, reggae-infused rock group Sublime, and pioneering hip-hop duo Public Enemy.

Changes to Boston Calling 2025

Organizers also announced a number of operational changes for Boston Calling 2025.

Chief among the changes is the decision to combine the Red and Green stages into a single rotating stage, which will eliminate a pinch point that led to complaints of “dangerous crowds” during Sunday’s star-filled lineup at Boston Calling 2024. According to organizers, the rotating stage system will “provide better views, more space to roam, and enhance audio-video experience for everyone.”

Boston Calling 2025 also marks the return of the indoor arena, which allows festivalgoers to beat the heat and enjoy performances inside the Bright-Landry Hockey Center. On the topic of heat, the festival also announced there will be additional water stations at the festival.

After hearing complaints about the pricing structure, organizers have slightly lowered ticket prices for several pricing tiers as well.

For Boston Calling 2025, three-day passes start at $350 for GA, $535 for GA+, $900 for VIP, and $2799 for Platinum, while one-day passes start at $169 for GA, $299 for GA+, $449 for VIP, and $1299 for Platinum. All listed prices have fees already included.
